Peter and Gina have had a passion for coffee for many years.
They successfully ran an espresso bar in Sydney CBD and loved the art of making coffee.
They wanted to combine their experience in coffee with their passion for organic chemical free foods. So they went on a search to find an organic coffee. After tasting many coffee blends they were so excited to find an organic blend that carried the qualities of their favourite non organic blends. Then they decided to offer the organic coffee with Mungalli organic milk.
Peter is a highly trained barista with years of experience and is so passionate about extracting the best pour in every shot. He was fortunate to be trained by the world barista champion Paul Bassett in Sydney.
Our blend of coffee is 100% fair trade Organic beans – PNG, Sumatra, Mexico, Honduras using organic Mungalli milk.
